# 2024.4.12 条款更新

### 1. 更新公告

OpenKey平台的充值额度自充值之日起的有效期限已被设定为\~\~**3个月**\~\~** 9个月**。我们建议您根据实际需求进行充值，以避免不必要的损失。

请注意，对于2024年4月12日**之前已充值额度的用户，其有效期将于4月12日起开始计算，顺延3个月**。若您有任何疑问，欢迎随时联系我们的客服团队。

### 2.补充说明

近期官方政策调整，API成本增加很多。同时因为风控不断升级，风险成本变得不可估算。因此，为了OpenKey平台的继续运营，我们不得不通过设置额度有效期3个月的方式来降低成本。

### 3.关于我们

牛爷爷团队成立于2022年12月11日，于2023年7月份完成OpenKey平台的构建，在2024年1月份将此业务交由美国注册公司TeroBox, LLC运营管理。
