# 额度有效期

OpenKey平台的充值额度自充值之日起有效期限为3个月。建议根据实际需求进行充值，避免不必要的损失。

自2024年4月12日起，此规定正式生效。对于4月12日之前已进行充值的用户，其额度的有效期将从4月12日起算的后三个月内有效。若有疑问，请及时联系客服。
